Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of audit plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit and financial reporting matters.
• Drive innovation in audit processes, leveraging the latest technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the audit practice, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will possess a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and have substantial experience in audit within a practice environment.
• A proven track record of managing a sizeable client portfolio, coupled with the ability to lead and mentor a team, is essential.
• Existing experience at the Senior Manager level is important with the ability to drive teams and delegate where necessary
• Your strategic thinking and excellent communication skills will enable you to influence at all levels and contribute to the success of the firm.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
