Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a well-established organisation based in Edinburgh for the recruitment of a Finance Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for an opportunity to grow and develop.
Please note: entry level accounting candidates can also be considered for this role.
Working alongside and reporting to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Day to day management of member schemes
- Preparation of supplier payment runs
- Reconciliation of supplier statements to ledger
- Managing of petty cash
- Keeping accurate records of daily bank transactions
- Assisting with purchase ledger duties
Requirements for the role:
- Previous finance administration experience highly desirable
- Strong IT skills
- Self-starter individual
- Strong communication skills
Salary offered between £22'000 and £25'000 per annum, DOE plus benefits. Hybrid working week.
