Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a well-established organisation based in Edinburgh for the recruitment of a Finance Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for an opportunity to grow and develop.

Please note: entry level accounting candidates can also be considered for this role.

Working alongside and reporting to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Day to day management of member schemes
  • Preparation of supplier payment runs
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements to ledger
  • Managing of petty cash
  • Keeping accurate records of daily bank transactions
  • Assisting with purchase ledger duties

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous finance administration experience highly desirable
  • Strong IT skills
  • Self-starter individual
  • Strong communication skills

Salary offered between £22'000 and £25'000 per annum, DOE plus benefits. Hybrid working week.
