Management Accountant

Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with an Edinburgh-based, successful business within professional services for the recruitment of a Management Accountant to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), with strong hands on experience in a similar role looking to take ownership of the full production of accounts. Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:

• Full preparation of Management Accounts, including commentary
• Preparation of monthly cashflow and P&L forecasting
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Detailed financial analysis, including KPI
• VAT returns
• Signing off of monthly payroll
• Assisting with external audit
• Preparing Forecasts and comprehensive Budget detail
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements for the role:

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification - fully qualified accountant, including recent qualified or first time movers
• Strong management accounting experience
• Previous professional services sector experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• IT and system experience (including Excel)
• Self-starter individual

Salary offered between £50'000 and £55'000 per annum, DOE plus benefits including annual bonus.
