FP&A Accountant

Change Recruitment is excited to partner with a renowned professional services firm to recruit a talented FP&A Accountant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape financial strategies, provide analysis, and support key decision-making processes that drive growth and efficiency.

As a key member of the Finance team, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence business performance and outcomes.

We’re keen to hear from qualified Finance Analysts, Management Accountants, or Finance Business Partners with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budget planning, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to identify trends and inform decision-making
• Providing quarterly analysis pack and board report
• Partner with operational teams to evaluate profitability across revenue streams
• Monthly WIP and KPI reporting
• Deliver clear and concise financial insights to senior leadership

What You’ll Need:

• A qualification in accountancy (CA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills.

Salary up to £60k, DOE plus benefits and hybrid working week.
