Finance Business Partner

Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a growing non-for-profit organisation with Head Office based in Stirling for the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for either a part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or QBE accountant looking for great career development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Looking after a portfolio of budget areas
• Review and preparation of management accounting
• Prepare & Review month end Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Support with budgeting and forecasting
• Business Partnering with non-finance departments
• Support the Head of Finance with ad hoc duties

Requirements for the role:

• 3+ years of experience working within Finance / Accounting
• Part-Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CA) or QBE Accountant
• Experience in technical accounting and good knowledge of statutory and operational accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous non-for-profit experience desired but not essential

Salary banding offered between £34'000 and £37'000 per annum, DOE & qualifications. Excellent benefits offered, including flexibility and hybrid working week.
