• Supervise financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Drive the development and implementation of effective business strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven experience in accounting and business advisory within a practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
