We are carrying out a targeted search mandated by the Partner based out of Munich/Frankfurt and Zurich, who is actively looking for outstanding strong Advisory professionals interested in securing a position into the area of Transaction Services in a Top-Performing and International Team!

As part of the Transaction Diligence team specifically, you will advise our customers on transaction decisions by providing crucial analyses and assessments.

Your tasks:
Advice and support for national and international companies and financial investors in company acquisitions and sales
Conducting complex financial due diligence reviews and analysing the opportunities and risks of transactions
Data evaluation and processing for the development of strategic decision-making bases and recommendations for action
Responsibility for project progress as well as technical leadership and training of team members

Key requirements:
Bachelor or Masters in Economics or comparable studies
Minimum 3 -4 years of consistent for Senior Consultant level and minimum 5 years for Manager of experience within Financial Advisory Services and more specifically in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence ideally from a Big4 or another leading advisory firms
Excellent technical and leadership skills
Adaptability and ability to overcome challenges are key
Some Data Analytics experience would be a great asset
Strong communication and presentation skills in English
Intermediate German is a huge asset, drive to develop your German language skills further
