Internal Audit Manager

Internal Audit Manager - Glasgow – Permanent

We are working with a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, in the search for an Internal Auditor Managers to be apart of their team. This role will involve managing internal audits for a wide range of clients while supporting the leadership team. Working with the Partners, the Manager will support with business and department growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of client portfolio, liaising directly with clients and reporting to partner.
• Reviewing audit assignments and providing technical guidance as needed
• Supervise and guide internal audit engagements
• Focus on exceptional client service, identifying opportunities for enhancing delivery, and providing additional services to clients.
• Manage and lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
• Assist with the development of the department, managing fees and WIP, production of tenders and development of new and existing clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA, ACA, ACCA, IIA or similar qualified with relevant experience in internal audit
• Previous experience in managing people.
• Experience working within a consultancy is an asset
• Knowledge of compliance, legislative, and market issues relevant to client businesses.
