Change Recruitment are currently partnered with a growing legal firm based in Central Edinburgh for the recruitment of a newly created Cashroom Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with great experience in customer service looking to develop their finance skills.

 

Reporting to the Cashroom Manager, duties include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Processing and recording financial transactions
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Providing support to the legal team with financial queries
  • Maintaining records and filing systems
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

 

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience working with customers in writing or over telephone
  • Previous exposure to a finance role ideal but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Numerical skills and attention to detail

 

Salary banding between £23'000 and £25'000, DOE plus benefits and hybrid working week (1 day a week from the office). SOLAS training offered.
