Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage due diligence engagements, financial modeling, and analysis for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on thorough analysis and understanding of their business objectives.
- Conduct detailed financial and operational reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and deliver high-quality results.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Actively participate in business development activities, including client meetings, proposal preparation, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, with a proven track record of managing due diligence engagements and delivering value-added insights to clients.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and distill key insights.
- Advanced proficiency in German (B2/C1 level) is required, with the ability to conduct interviews and communicate effectively with clients in German.
- Experience working with middle-market clients and private equities is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong client relationships.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are preferred.
