Duration: 6 Months | Remote Position | ยฃ12.91 per hour

 

In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service while striving to find sustainable solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

 

- Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist during challenging times.

- Assisting those facing vulnerability or financial hardships.

- Demonstrating insatiable curiosity to ensure the best outcomes for both the customer and the company.

- Collaborating with third parties to ensure customers receive top-notch support following best practices.

- Adhering to regulatory frameworks due to our organization's regulated nature.

- Flexibility to assist in various departmental tasks based on customer requirements.

 

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in customer service via telephone in banking or financial settings.

- Knowledge of the financial services or banking sector related to financial assistance.

- Superior communication skills to surpass customer expectations and deliver outstanding service.

- Proficiency in listening, analysing, and problem-solving to achieve optimal customer outcomes and making confident decisions.

- Ability to thrive in a remote working environment, collaborate effectively in a team, and maintain high motivation levels.
