I Joined Change in 2019 to grow and develop the senior end of the Customer Operations and Business Support sector. With over 15+ years’ experience in recruitment agency I have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving job market and provide strategic guidance and support to both my clients and candidates.

I have worked in partnership with a variety of different organisations from start-up businesses, company’s going through periods of growth to large corporate organisations and everything I do is tailored to suit depending on the situation.
