Change Recruitment are currently partnered with a growing legal firm based in Central Edinburgh for the recruitment of various Cashroom Assistant positions to join their team. This are fantastic opportunities to join a dynamic team, on a full time or part time basis (21 hours a week).

Reporting to the Cashroom Manager, the roles will be responsible for a variety of duties. These will include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Processing and recording financial transactions
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Providing support to the legal team with financial queries
  • Maintaining records and filing systems
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

 

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience working within a cashroom or finance assistant role essential
  • Previous exposure within professional services desired
  • Proactive individual able to work towards deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Numerical skills and attention to detail

 

Salary banding up to £31'000 DOE (to be pro rata if role is on a part time basis), plus excellent benefits and hybrid working week.
