Change Recruitment are currently partnered with a growing legal firm based in Central Edinburgh for the recruitment of various Cashroom Assistant positions to join their team. This are fantastic opportunities to join a dynamic team, on a full time or part time basis (21 hours a week).
Reporting to the Cashroom Manager, the roles will be responsible for a variety of duties. These will include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control
- Processing and recording financial transactions
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Providing support to the legal team with financial queries
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Ad hoc admin tasks
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience working within a cashroom or finance assistant role essential
- Previous exposure within professional services desired
- Proactive individual able to work towards deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Numerical skills and attention to detail
Salary banding up to £31'000 DOE (to be pro rata if role is on a part time basis), plus excellent benefits and hybrid working week.
