Accountant

Change Accountancy and Finance are partnering with a global business based in Edinburgh for the recruitment of an Accountant to join their team in Edinburgh. This is a brilliant opportunity for a part-qualified or finalist studier accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), looking for great career development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Month-end management accounts preparation
• Review and posting of accruals & prepayments
• Prepare & Review month end Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Upload of P&Ls, Working Capital and Aged Debtors information into system
• Inter-company accounting and reconciliation for group companies
• Support with budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Registers
• Business Partnering with non-finance departments
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements for the role:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification - either active studier or qualified accountant
• Strong Excel experience
• Strong technical skills 
• Great teamwork and effective communication
• Self-starter individual

Salary banding offered between £40'000 and £50'000 per annum, DOE & qualifications, plus benefits including study support if required. Hybrid working week.
