About Scott
I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in the recruitment world since the late 90s and Change is only the 3rd Recruitment firm I’ve worked with. I’ve partnered with many leading organisations, both in the UK and abroad, and been lucky enough to support hundreds, if not thousands of individuals with their career journeys to date. The market that I operate in is Risk (Credit, Regulatory, Operational & Compliance) and cover both permanent and contract opportunities. There’s always a “Risk” in moving roles but partner with the right specialist, we can mitigate those risks together.
Why do you love what you do?
I love what I do as there's always a positive experience or learning to be gained from each individual interaction. I can positively impact an individuals’ career journey and take pride in watching their potential being reached due in part, to our relationship and them putting their trust in me
