Overview:We are seeking an interim Finance Business Partner to join a leading Scottish Brand in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be able to provide instant value through budget production, forecasting, and monthly reporting. This role requires strong partnering skills and the ability to analyse internal and external factors affecting business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse key revenue drivers for the product and business area
• Review monthly forecasts and analyse variances
• Set, review, and monitor budgets
• Present monthly insight packs to senior stakeholders and lead Q&A sessions
• Model key themes and engage in scenario planning
• Assess new business cases and provide critical insight on spend versus cost analysis
• Engage with product SMEs across the business

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrable commercial awareness and partnering experience
• Experience in reviewing income and costs
• Proficiency in tools to enhance reporting outputs
• Confidence in presenting and partnering with non-finance professionals

Day-to-day:The role offers a high level of stakeholder interaction and the opportunity to see tangible outputs across the business area. The position involves a hybrid work pattern with 2 days in the office.

Benefits:

• Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
• 6-month initial contract
