Lynsey Young

I joined Change in 2006 as Assistant Accountant, having previously worked in a large chartered accountancy firm where I completed accountancy qualifications, then with a major bank as a Client Executive in the Invoice Finance department, working to help clients improve their cash flow. 

In my current role, I work within the finance team, where my colleagues & I work closely together to ensure the smooth running of weekly payrolls for our candidates & clients.  I also provide analysis of the company’s performance to our senior management team to allow them to make important decisions to help the business succeed.

Why do you love what you do?

I love working at Change with so many lovely and supportive people. Over the years it has been a pleasure to build relationships with my colleagues.  It’s great to work within a company that encourages you to be your best & gives you the confidence & autonomy to do it.
