Recruitment Consultant | Edinburgh/Glasgow | Remote/Flexible Working

Change Accountancy and Finance are one of Scotland’s leading and largest specialist recruitment agencies, working with a host of household names and SME’s across the central belt of Scotland and wider.

We’re looking to add ambitious, driven and creative recruitment consultants or senior consultants to our teams as we continue to grow and evolve to meet the ever changing demands of clients and the recruitment sector, mixing solutions and outcomes with a passion to reach and exceed targets.

Recruitment experience from a range of sectors will be considered, bringing best practice, a customer centric approach and the ability to be a 360 recruiter, wining business and taking guidance from an experienced team which sits around you as you maximise the opportunity in established markets and desks.

Key responsibilities:

  • 360 recruitment: Business development, candidate sourcing & placement

  • Achieving and exceeding targets

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Providing exceptional candidate care

Past recruitment experience would be of benefit, either as a coordinator or having worked in a 360 desk with the experience of managing client and candidate interactions.
