Transaction Services Senior/ Manager/ Senior Manager

Key responsibilities:

• You would advise and support national and international companies and financial investors in corporate acquisitions and sales
• You would be responsible for conducting complex financial due diligence checks and analysing the opportunities and risks of transactions
• You would carry out data evaluation to develop strategic decision-making bases and recommendations for action
• You would be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships
• You would control and coordinate projects with all stakeholders involved

What you should bring:

• Successfully completed studies in Economics or a comparable course
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience working in either Transaction Services or Audit (for Consultants/ Seniors, 5 years for a Manager and 7 years for a Senior Manager)
• Excellent communication skills; full professional fluency in English and upper intermediate level of German
• Strong leadership, client management and report writing skills
• Preferably experience in working with Power BI, Alteryx or similar data analytics tools
