Transaction Services Senior Consultant/ Manager/ Senior Manager

A rapidly growing advisory business in Western Europe is looking for Seniors, Managers and Senior Managers in Transaction Services for their German, Swiss and French offices.

You will work on planning and executing Transaction Services (mainly FDD on both Buy & Sell-side) for national and international Private Equity and Corporate clients.

To be eligible for this opportunity, you need to have a Bachelors’/Master’s degree from a renowned university/business school with preferably a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar. Additionally, you need to have at least 3 years’ experience (3 years for a senior role, 5 years for a Manager role and over 7 for a Senior Manager position) gained in Transaction Advisory preferable in a Big 4 environment.

Excellent analytical skillset and an entrepreneurial mindset are a must, along with proficiency in MS office (especially Excel) and experience with analytical tools, e.g Power BI is a plus. Lastly, fluent written and spoken English AND Advanced German Language skills (B2 minimum for Germany and C1 for Switzerland) are required. Swiss/ French offices would also consider fluent/ native French speakers and if you also speak Spanish - it will be a bonus!
