As a Corporate Finance/Valuations Manager, you will play a crucial role in my client's team based in Frankfurt. Your primary responsibilities will include leading valuation projects, managing teams, and identifying business development opportunities. Fluency in conversational German is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

**Key Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in valuations, preferably in non-financial services sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven ability to lead teams to produce outstanding results.
- Advanced valuation and financial modeling skills, coupled with excellent report writing abilities.
- Demonstrated business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Fluent in English, with at least intermediate to conversational proficiency in German.
