Admin Team Manager

I'm currently searching for an Admin Team Manager to work in  Glasgow city centre within a Financial Services Organisation, with a salary range of £35,000 to £40,000, this position offers the chance to lead and innovate within a dynamic environment.

 

Your main task will be to improve reporting systems, ensuring they're efficient and meet industry standards. You'll evaluate current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and manage MI from Outsourced Partners. Collaboration with OSPs and teams is crucial for overcoming obstacles and driving service improvements.

 

You’ll also manage a team of 10 and you will have the autonomy to address ad hoc reports and tasks, contributing to the continuous evolution of the organisation. Candidates should possess a robust background in administration management, with a proven track record of process improvement and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
